Name, email, phone, company name, commercial registration, tax ID, location, and any files/photos you upload as part of your verified profile.
Why we collect it
To verify your commercial identity, facilitate contracts, communicate about your projects, and improve platform services.
Who can access it
Only authorized Tawreed personnel. We do not sell your data to third parties. Sensitive project files are only visible to factories shortlisted for that specific project.
How we protect it
HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sensitive files live in private storage with restricted access controls.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or delete your account at any time via support.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication only (httpOnly access_token). We do not use advertising/tracking cookies.
Data residency
Your data is hosted on servers in the region (Egypt / KSA / UAE) in compliance with local data-protection regulations.
